Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ)

Needs and Risks:  To access data about the needs and risks of youth entering the juvenile justice system, including statistics about drug and alcohol use, mental health issues, social and family issues, and risk to reoffend see the Positive Achievement Change Tool Assessment (PACT) data set here.

Trends: The Policy Center latest report on the trends for girls’ involvement in the juvenile justice system on the First Coast in comparison to girls statewide can be accessed here.

Dually-Served Crossover Youth: The DJJ-DCF Profile of Dually-Served Crossover Youth is an interactive program that compares the youth who were in an out-of-home placement status (e.g., foster care) and served by the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) to youth who were in the general population and served by DJJ. To access this comparative data by gender, race/ethnicity, offense type, and location visit the profile here.
